We did most of excursions while staying in Caye Caulker so I can’t speak to those services here, seemed they offered a good list of adventures each day. We did rent a golf cart at the resort and that was super easy to do. "

But when we tried to get our monies back and leave there was no manager at the hotel. The desk person said the manager lives in Mexico. When even Expedia tried to get in touch with the hotel to get a refund for us they coudln't get an answer. "

"Everything about our stay was amazing, from the reservation to the airport shuttle to the property to the staff. They made everything so easy! Take the shuttle from the airport and rent your golf cart at the property. We loved that one of the highest rated tour companies docked at the property where we did 2 snorkeling tours and a sunset cruise. The pool is beautiful and the hot tub is hot. The sunrise from the property is spectacular. The grounds are exceptionally well kept. "

The reason we keep returning is the convenience of walking down the beach to the dive shop, having a full size kitchen and individual bedrooms for everyone. There are no amenities to speak of. "Property somewhat run down, pool is great, staff very helpful especially Nigel. Beach being cleaned regularly but a lot of sargassum weed not making it good for swimming. Beaches on adjoining properties very dirty with ocean trash, sad to see. Not much being done on this Caye for garbage. Garbage being tossed out everywhere. Hotel a long ways out from San Pedro. "
