"Rooms are very spacious. Rate is good value for money. Lots of extra seating. For people with back issues this is important to allow changing positions often. Mattress is older and needs replacing now (106). Don’t know if they rotate and flip them often. Maybe that would help ? Pond out back is pretty. Lots of statues and art surround. Nice area for a short walk. "
