Expedia peoples are advised to see the professional qualification of hotel staff before approaching them for rooms. Totally money oriented people with lack of management skills. "

"Expedia site does not mention that the property has no car access. You have to take a tuk tuk from a few miles away (from the car parking area). This is false advertising. Most of the staff were wonderful. I wanted to pay in cash (since I'd exchanged a bunch of foreign exchange), but they charged my credit card without my permission. With proper policies and accurate description, customers will be a bit happier with the property."
