"This property was smaller than the SG Residence Hakata, but the experience was good. The Balcony View is a nice and the trains were very close but did not keep us up at night. The downside is the filters on the A/C were filthy. I had to clean them because two of my persons have allergies and the dust was terrible. "始めて清川に宿泊しました。 近隣には美味しい食事ができる店も多く食事には困りませんでした。 私は歩くのが好きなので、中州や博多駅まで歩きましたが15分少々でいい散歩でした。 立地的には博多観光の中心エリアではないですが、どこに行くにもアクセスしやすい立地だと思います。 部屋は、可もなく不可もなくですが、出来れば改善して欲しいのが、インターホンの機材が室内にあるのですが、消灯しても緑色にピコピコ光っており、寝にくいので見てみたら2016年から部屋のインターホンを押した人の膨大なデータが残っていて消す作業を諦めました。 たぶん、他の部屋もそうだと思うので宿の方にチェックアウトの都度確認して消して欲しいです。 天井の煙探知機かなにかの機械の緑色の電球も消灯すると目立つのでなんとかして欲しいです。"

"Excellent communication instructions ahead of arrival and we are fully aware of what to expect with the unmanned hotel check in. The place is unclean - the elevator is fully of dust on the wall and you can smell the old dusty smell.
