"The location and size of this place is outstanding. The unit was huge and the bathroom was the biggest we have seen in Portugal. Everything was walkable and the area was quite safe and easy to navigate. That said, communication with the host was lacking. Once we figured things out we were good to go though. Side note, you are right on top of the tram, so you can hear it running all day / evening. It really didn’t bother us and we actually thought it was funny. I’m not sure we would stay here...

"The property itself was very good, clean, comfortable and well located. It is however directly in the flight path, so there are landing planes every few minutes roaring over head late into the night and starting again at 5:30 am making good sleep difficult. I was on the top floor making it worse. I was in Lisbon for work for a week, so consistently disrupted sleep was an issue. Otherwise very nice property"

"This is beautiful little gem of a hotel. Everything about the hotel synched up perfectly with our needs. Lastly, the staff was incredibly efficient, kind and well informed. The staff answered all our questions re: sites to see, local restaurants, arranging transportation to the airport and the end of our trip and more. It all made for a wonderful stay. "

"Fabio at the reception desk was very helpful. Jessica, a housekeeping staff, was amazing, efficient, and helpful. Some people may say that this hotel is dated, but I find it very charming. In addition, the location is ideal for transit and restaurant choices."

"really nice, clean, large & secure spot. it's in a busy area but somehow is quiet by the time you go to bed. if mobile, you can easily walk anywhere in Baixa. they even left a nice message with cake for my bday."

"Had a lovely stay. First time to lisbon and wasnt fully aware of the hills. Was close to a good bit of action but walking from central plaza back to room is a bear. Luckily it is on a bus line and uber is dirt cheap. If using bus or tram be sure to study the routes since the system can be confusing. Back to apartment, each morning fresh baked rolls are left on door handle. Housekeeping meticulous about cleaning and restocking room."

"We stayed at Lisbon Art Stay for 5 nights with my family of 4 and it was perfect! It was my boys' first trip to Europe so I wanted something centrally located that included breakfast - and the Art Stay checked all the boxes! We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (!!!) in the family unit and with the exception of Monday which was garbage pick up, the location was quiet at night despite being located so close to main parts of the city. I would highly recommend! And the communication with the staff...

"Henrique was wonderful! We received a warm and helpful welcome. We were greeted with such hospitality and when it was noted that it was my birthday, even extra gifts and special surprises appeared! The property was charming and a great location to explore Lisbon from. This area of the city is the flattest , making it a good choice for anyone with walking challenges. There were many special touches offered which we appreciated very much! Thank you Henrique for making our stay special!"

"This is a great property located directly next to the airport. While there are shuttles every 15 min, you could walk to the terminal if necessary. Despite its proximity to the airport, it is quiet. The breakfast begins at 2am to accommodate all flights and it is substantial. "

"This property is a fun boutique style hotel with a lot of character. It was selected because the room had a balcony with a city view. It did not disappoint. The breakfast buffet and menu were really tasty. The employees could not have been nicer to us. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who likes a smaller hotel with a lot of charm. "

"The room was clean, well appointed, beds comfortable, and bathroom was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic - close to everything and walkable. Felt quite safe. I would definitely stay again. 25 mins taxi from airport. During the day the taxi could not drive up to hotel because hotel is in a walking zone, but after hours they could."
