"We stayed in the same room as our last visit and there was an issue with one of toilets in the suite both times. The kitchen sink also had a leak both times. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which makes the visit enjoyable."

"Convenient location close to the airport, I stayed to attend a conference at the Prudential Center which was a convenient 10 min ride from the hotel. They have shuttles to and from the airport as well and a Starbucks on site. "
