"Someone obviously put a lot of care into building this place and in cultivating the gardens and grounds, it's really lovely. The concierge, Ricardo goes above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating, he's wonderful. Having said that, he's also a bit short staffed so things are a bit untidy-the gardens need attention, the lobby isn't always picked up but the beauty and tranquility of the location and the pleasant but simple rooms make it worthwhile. "This is a special place, really lovely people take great care to cook delicious meals, keep gardens looking beautiful, and give recommendations on what to do and see. Loved the room too. Be warned you do have to walk uphill a while to get there, was tough for us as we hadn’t acclimated to the elevation. But we’ll worth it!"

"This is a high-priced hotel. Front desk staff and spa staff were excellent. The hotel itself is lovely, its location is up on a hill which provides lovely views of the salar. The rooms are nice, beds comfortable and facilities modern. However the dining options and staff need some serious attention.
