"Our family of five loved our stay here! The place is historic and feels like you’re walking back in time. Our host through Wonderful Italy was so kind, generous and helpful. It is an old building and thus could use some work, but overall it was in good shape. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean. We enjoyed our private patio and use of the pool, which was also very clean. The location is perfect for exploring the city and also as a base from which to take day trips. We would stay here...

" Worst experience ever Let me start off by saying I have booked numerous apartments and hotels from Hotels.com. I have never ever run into a situation like this. We had the washing machine running, literally just started a minute in and the air conditioning on when the power went out. We called the host and he said he doesn’t work 24 hours that we would have to wait till morning. We were in pitch darkness that I fell over the coffee table and hurt my arm. There were no flashlights, no candles....

"It's a lovely flat with everything we needed for a pleasant stay in Palermo. The air conditioning worked well which was important as the weather was so hot. The staff were helpful in allowing us to check in early and in organising transfers from and to the airport. We had a problem on the final morning when the electricity stopped working which was difficult for awhile bit fortunately it came back on after 30 mins."

"The property was very nice and the location was great! Spectacular views!! You can sit on the balcony and watch all the activity below. I did not use the two full bedrooms as I was traveling solo but it would be a great spot for a family or group of friends. One of my only issues with the property was they provided no hand soap or dish soap. The only soap that was available was shampoo/shower gel provided in the bathroom. They made sure to let me know that I needed to wash any dishes I used but...
