"It’s a beautiful place and the view is amazing. The rooms are a bit small but that’s generally the case in Europe. The only issue we had was the shower. It has two issues: a handheld wand that I had to rig to stay up and at an angle so not to shoot out of the shower, and the shower curtain which allowed water to flood the bathroom floor no matter what you did. It was also really small making it difficult to wash up. "

"Our family of five loved our stay here! The place is historic and feels like you’re walking back in time. Our host through Wonderful Italy was so kind, generous and helpful. It is an old building and thus could use some work, but overall it was in good shape. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean. We enjoyed our private patio and use of the pool, which was also very clean. The location is perfect for exploring the city and also as a base from which to take day trips. We would stay here...

" Worst experience ever Let me start off by saying I have booked numerous apartments and hotels from Hotels.com. I have never ever run into a situation like this. We had the washing machine running, literally just started a minute in and the air conditioning on when the power went out. We called the host and he said he doesn’t work 24 hours that we would have to wait till morning. We were in pitch darkness that I fell over the coffee table and hurt my arm. "After checking reviews of this place I was a bit worried but overall we did enjoy our stay. We are family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in bungalow. Accommodation was spacious and clean however very outdated. AC only in the bedroom so kids who were sleeping in living/dining area complained of a heat. This is a sport complex which is available to the public so at the weekends quite busy. But plenty of sun beds so no issue with finding a spot. Big swimming pool, however swimming cups are necessary....

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
