"Dont book this property- they don't tell you it's next to a construction site with loud drilling noise starting at 7 am. There were several powercuts, with people getting stuck in the lift, unable to get into our apartment at night and wifi constantly shuts off. The power cut out at least 7 times during my 1 week stay. There were no access to stairs, we had to climb over a gate to get to the emergency stairs, which can only be opened from the inside. While Sicily is beautiful, this property...

"It’s a beautiful place and the view is amazing. The rooms are a bit small but that’s generally the case in Europe. The only issue we had was the shower. It has two issues: a handheld wand that I had to rig to stay up and at an angle so not to shoot out of the shower, and the shower curtain which allowed water to flood the bathroom floor no matter what you did. It was also really small making it difficult to wash up. "

I felt the welcome was a bit rushed. We arrived early from the airport and had to wait for an hour for someone to let us in. "Our stay was excellent. The host communciated efficiently and made our check in very smooth. He went out his way to book our transfer to return to the airport as well which made leaving in the early hours of the morning very easy. One negative was that there was no iron however, on messaging the host ye directed us to a local supermarket where we bought on cheap. Location was geat, lots of lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance. "

"Check in 3pm and Check out time is 10am. This is so bad, normally should be 12 to 2pm. Because of the restaurant that is open in the courtyard of the hotel at night from 7:30 in the evening until night, it is not possible to be comfortable in the hotel and the hotel area is practically closed after 7. But the rooms are very clean and nice. And the sea and mountain view is great. The hotel restaurant offers many good tasting dishes for lunch time"
