"This is a unique place to stay with old world charm and beautiful views. The room was small but big enough to have a bed area, table seating, small kitchen and couch. Shared patio and living room area are available. One misfortune is I am allergic to some scent r detergents and the one used here was particularly irritating. Even with that I would stay again!"

"The Josephine room was amazing. We booked it for a week over Christmas with the goal of having a place where we could hunker down and cook a nice meal on the 24th and 25th. The place was perfect. "beautiful, large, amazing space for a family get-away. located in this quaint village. Easy to find. located in/near a vineyard. the host was fantastic and did everything possible to help make us feel welcome in the French countryside. Very modern facilities, excellent comfortable beds and furnishings. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"We loved this place. The room was very spacious and had a kitchen well equipped. The bathroom was also big and we loved the balcony! The breakfast was excellent. We had a great experience there and would definitely come back given the opportunity. Would highly recommend it! Oh, and free wine tasting!!"

"Comfortable room with a well-equipped kitchen for communal use. There is no elevator in this lodging, and all rooms require at least a short climb up steps. Located in a beautiful old neighborhood with a bakery close by. Within an easy walk of the old city. We did not drive so can't comment on parking. Communication with proprietor was all done by email and/or texting, but no glitches."

"I had a terrible experience with Villa 12 Guesthouse. I traveled a long way from US to Swiss (Villa 12 is on the border between Swiss and France), and had to work on the arriving day, so I got at the Villa 12 Guesthouse around 8:30pm, that is very normal time for a hotel/Guesthouse check-in time. "Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money."
