"This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at the Lamm, the 2 previous times it was as a couple this time I was a solo traveller. I had a single room and was pleasantly surprised (not having stayed in a single room before) the room had a fridge that came in handy, and a view of the valley from the balcony. The balcony had a seat so could chill out on. The restaurant was fully booked but as was a resident they found me a table, the food was lovely. "The service was friendly and welcoming. The room was not so good. Quite small. bed was comfortable. Shower was very small but with plenty of hot water. no refrigerator. poor amenities. In the shower there is one dispenser with some liquid that is a one-for-all (shampoo conditioner and soap). It is very diluted and of poor quality. No slippers in the room. "Above average breakfast and friendly staff. Overall quiet Parking is a challenge, many areas in this non-smoking hotel have a strong smoking smell, overall dated. Flimsy shower curtain can transfer you bathroom into a swimming pool. In case you are wondering, no AC and open windows might provide a lot of information about your fellow hotel guests. To be fair, there was always some wellness program which I did not participate as well as special evening dinner events."
