We were traveling from US so we were a little unsure where to get our key as there was no apparent front desk but thankfully our phones worked and we were able to get in touch with someone to meet us. "I was upgarded to a one bed apartment from a studio as they had to move me to a different hotel location (mirabell). The room was huge, very modern and clean. Easy access to the building and excellent location. Communication with the team is via whatsapp and they respond promptly regardless of the time"
