Sound travels through the halls...can hear every guests TV and the doors close loudly no matter how slowly you try to close them...would have been nice to not hear doors slam shut but again over all it was a nice stay. Staff was amazing! Would be nice to have hot coffee/tea available throughout the day in the lobby..."

"We are traveling electricians that can spend 300+ nights a year on the road. We seek out waterwalk properties because they suit our needs very well. Unmatched convenience across the board. Full kitchens, multiple bathrooms, washers and dryers in the rooms. Hands down our favorite hotels to stay in when away from home. Atlanta is one of my least favorite places to go, FOR ANYTHING. Traffic worse than Chicago and, the people are rude AF !! However,…. The staff here is outstanding and sets this property apart. Every person I dealt with here, was absolutely awesome. Very friendly and, helpful in any way they could be. I simply can’t say enough good things about the staff here. Very pleasant surprise! I would not hesitate to stay here again and, will if we have to return to Atlanta in the future."
