"The property is fantastic, the room was beautiful, and the facility, in general, was superb; the only concern is the access to the property from the train station. The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. That was a concern for me because I was traveling with my daughter. "

"Toilet didn't flush , staff tried to fix instead of changing room . Toilet still didn't work . Bath towel dirty and looked like a dog chewed it . Hot water enough for 1 shower . Reception girl really friendly and helpful . Soap dispenser in bathroom didn't work . Hotel in need of inside renovation and big clean ! "
