"The service at this place is 100 out of 10. The property itself is so beautiful but what takes it to the next level is the wonderful staff. Everyone at this place goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. The food at Deeva restaurant is outstanding. Shout out to the superstars who made my stay here so wonderful : First I would like to mention my driver Putra who has far exceeded my expectations. I have a problem with my knees and can not climb too many stairs. But my driver assisted me in every step of the way, and it was only because of him that I was able to explore so many wonderful places which I could not explore on my own. Putra, I want you to know that your kindness has not gone unappreciated. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your exceptional service. And every time I come to Ubud, I want you to be my driver. The other person I wanted to mention is Listia, who made me feel so welcomed when I first entered the property. She went above and beyond to make sure that my room is to my liking. Truly exceptional service that I have not seen anywhere else. Listia, I want you to know that your efforts have made a huge impact and I truly appreciate everything that you have done for me. Every single person here is an absolute gem and their service is truly praiseworthy. "The Tejaprana was one of tge best hotels we have ever stayed in. The room and view was magnificent, the hotel staff were out of this world from their friendliness, willingness to do anything for you and their attention to detail, they used our first names and always knew what room we were in. The facilities were second to none and the food was wonderful, especially the expansive choice of breakfast. Spa was perfect, such a lovely experience.
