"Excellent location directly opposite the main train station. All major attractions are walkable. All staff were pleasant and efficient. Tea & coffee making and biscuits were great. A modern bathroom with excellent water pressure. Howe er the bed was a double bed with an uncomfortable old fashioned mattress. "Lovely hotel in an excellent location which was accessible to the whole of Bath town within walking distance. The hotel itself is of a very good standard. Rooms were spacious and modern and very comfortable. Bathroom was fabulous with a big walk in shower and all toiletries included. Breakfast choice was excellent as there was lots of choice and it catered for all food categories and no issues if you have food allergies or intollerances. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay here again. "
