"There was a strong perfume smell from the cleaning products they used, which might not offend other people, but I personally am annoyed by chemical perfume smells and needed to open the window. And then I discovered the heat did not work or the thermostat in the room is a deception. I cranked it up and nothing happened, it must be controlled from some other location. I suppose the temperature would have been tolerable if I didn't have the window cracked, but i was cold. You get what you pay...

"We had an amazing stay at the Coach House for our honeymoon! We were very impressed with the building, our room, and the service. The location was ideal for us with a pleasant 15-minute walk to downtown Salem. We stayed in Room 8, one of the queen suites. It was perfect for us. Thanks Marley for the great experience!"

"The harbor light was incredible, the rooms were clean, well appointed with incredibly comfortable beds. The staff were equally as amazing, Mary and Mark were highlights, super helpful and great conversations in the pub. Will for sure be staying again "

"It was a beautiful area, especially this time of year. Joan, our hostess, was very friendly and helpful. Her breakfast was wonderful, and there was plenty of everything. If you left there hungry, it would your own fault. The time I was there I felt at home. Joan was fantastic."

"Great place for a family, we had our 18yr niece with us so having a separate bedroom for her was a great find. Marblehead was an ideal location for getting around. Easy drives getting to Boston, Salem, Concord, Gloucester and the beaches packed in a lot in seven days"

"Extremely clean and neat. Very quiet once inside the unit. The ONLY issue we had at all was parking. We were not comfortable parking side of the back street it’s on in the rear of building where you enter the property. We found used needles right outside the back gate, where you enter and exit the property. Otherwise, the place is so cute and just perfect. Our stay was comfy and so was the bed. The only thing that could make it better was to have private parking. "

"Nice quiet neighborhood. Seemed newly remodeled. Only negatives are dishwasher is not bolted in and started coming out of its spot when I tried opening it. Also if you struggle with stairs this is not a good place for you. Stairs are very steep. "
