This hotel allows pets. We were woken from a sound sleep by a barking dog in the room next to us. After listening to barking for about 15 minutes, we called the front desk but got no answer. We went to the front desk and told them about it. They tried to contact the people in the room but no one was there. The barking continued non-stop for about 30 minutes. I went to the desk a second time and requested a new room. We had to pack up all of our stuff and change rooms at 1:00 in the morning. The front desk was helpful but so much for a decent night sleep. Would not recommend this hotel unless you like barking dogs.

The thermostat in the room was not really working properly. The room was quite cool despite trying to get it to work. It was not catastrophic so we did not report the issue but it should be looked at.

I initially checked it and I was on the 5th floor. I got my key card took my bags up to the 5th floor by key card did not work for my particular room I was assigned to. Lugged all my items down again to the lobby they gave me a new key card with a new hotel room on it. Went back up and got into my room. The mattress cover wasn’t fully on. The sheets were fully on. Just looked like someone rushed it. Just too little inconsistent things that made my stay a tad uncomfortable.
