"Staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining the parking situation. Rooms were lovely, quite beautiful. Short walk to market square which is nice to check out, close to PPG arena as well. There is a subway station nearby as well. I liked the water stations set up in the reception, pretty cool concept. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you Even."

"Check in was a little ....lets say....rude. we were an hour early the guy told us come back mean while next 3 people checked in and received there rooms. Came back got same guy and litterly mumbels oh your back....he walked away i asked the other person to help us and it was a pleassure feom there. Outside of that this is the second and prob not last time comming there. Great room clean fresh location quite....has everything we need. "
