"The people managing the place were superb. They were polite, knowledgeable & customer focused. Also not at all hungry for tips. The tent quality was superb and food ok. Improvements required: small fire extinguishers in everybody tent and eco-friendly non plastic food plates, cups etc."

"The staff was very accommodating and friendly but the rooms were in terrible shape. Had to call them for each and every thing be it toilet paper, coffee machine, towels. For the price of it, the rooms could have been much better. The paint was coming off too and the pillow cases were tore off"

"Pros: 1. It is in civil lines - walkable to many dining options. Great location 2. The lobby area is awesome, very modern. 3. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and service oriented. Cons: 1. We stayed in the 2nd floor, common area carpet is smelly. 2. All the "clear company" water bottles (8-9 bottles) they provided during our 1 day stay had their bottle cap seal broken. We suspected they collected used bottles and filled from a local water source. Felt very troubling and suspicious. 3....
