"We thought we had a room but they upgraded us to an apartment. Then they gave us a card for all transportation, including bus, ski lift, admission to museums. "A group of us spend 4 nights at the property and would gladly come back given the high quality of the rooms and common areas. The spa was amazing and the pool a great addition for those ski-sore muscles. Bus to the pistes is meters from the main entrance and there are a couple of shops to rent material nearby. Breakfast was plentiful but the same every day. Dinner could be better since 1) it rarely had local specialties instead trying to be too original 2) it is too expensive to bring outsiders...

"The hotel is wonderful! Looks so much better in person, the pictures online don’t do justice to it! The area is very beautiful, the view from our room was spectacular, the hotel is very modern yet traditional and cozy, the service was excellent, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very nice. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who’s looking for a stay on the Alps. We will definitely go back and are looking forward to our next vacation there!"
