"It started with a very pleasant check-in and car parking. The lady at reception was exceptionally helpful. The hotel is centrally located so access to the main attractions was close by. The breakfast was great. Hotel also provides coffee making facilities in the room. But do get buy milk."

"We celebrated our 25th anniversary in Italy and stayed in Ostuni for just 2 nights. It was our first time there and enjoyed it. It was in January so SUPER quiet and not much open but we will be back with warmer weather. Room was huge and stunning. The entire hotel is charming and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was bigger than most in Italy and the water pressure was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"The staff at this hotel are so nice. The breakfast is really good. My room was comfortable, a little spartan but that was fine. Everything I needed was there. I love the lobby, I don’t know if you’d all it art deco or faded grandeur but I really did like it. This hotel is right in the middle of everything. The sea is 5 minutes walk in one direction, including the ferry terminal. The railway station 10 minutes in the other. I was very comfortable here."

"This amazing hotel has a great location over looking the white city of ostuni. We had a lovely experience and stay in this outstanding place. Everything about it was perfect: stuff, service, location, rooms, breakfast and lovey rooftop restaurant for a fine cuisine, view and comfort. We loved it and give it 10 out of 10!"

"it was very hot and they turned off the air conditioning system over the 4 nights we were there. It was hot and uncomfortable to sleep and stay in the room in general. they offered a large fan, but since the room was small it was not a good option. there would have been no room for it and it would be blowing and noisy."

"Had an amazing stay staff went over and above to help with a recommendation for local restaurants etc . The manager Alessandro was on site checking with guests to ensure they were ok. Only negative being off season the breakfast service could be slow ( maybe better to have coffee machines rather than individual orders) . Many Thanks for a wonderful week. "

"I was quite impressed with Arryvo. The hotel is modern, very clean and cute, and the staff are phenomenal. Frederica helped us upon our arrival, and was an utter delight. She helped us with making a restaurant reservation, and other recommendations. She is GREAT! Allesio was working the front desk on our following night there, and was also fantastic. "Gorgeous old castle. Our room was large and very comfortable with a nice sized bathroom. The staff was excellent, giving us recommendations for dinner and things to see, making reservations for us, etc. Breakfast was excellent; they accommodated our gluten free friends with special treats as well. There are a lot of outdoor areas to relax in if the weather permits and if there aren’t events going on there. The spa was only open if someone made an appointment (we were there out of season). "

"We had rented the apartment and it was very nice, clean and cosy. Fortunately we did not have to cook nor eat onsite because it is really not equipped to do any kind of cooking. Maybe a trashcan in the kitchen could be useful also? Beyond this, the breakfast was nice and staff very friendly.
