"The rooms were large, with both a shower and a bath tub. There were both electric outlets and USB battery-charging outlets in all rooms. There was an electric tea kettle and tea with biscuits available, and a large screen plasma television set. Multiple storage spaces. An ironing board and iron. When I had a problem with a clogged bath drain, a non-working phone, and water on the bathroom floor, they were resolved in minutes. The staff was courteous, available, and efficient, even at 2:00...

"We needed to be close to St. Vincent's for family reasons. This hotel was a short walk away, and easier to park our car than going to the hospital! Rooms were clean, great views, a nice buzz around the place as it was the week of Young Scientists and there were many attendees staying there also. Food options were OK, overall the place leaned more into a corporate than tourist vibe with everything you might need without being overly unique."
