"This was our second time staying here, last time was in the Summer of this year. Seeing it both during the Summer and Winter makes it feel totally different. The hotel is beautiful, the location is beautiful, and the food that’s included is top tier. We spent all day relaxing at the thermal baths and saunas, and then slept great in our comfortable bed. "

"Upon on arrival the receptionist was leaving.. check in was not until 2 we arrived early at 11 thankfully b/c there would not have been anyone there to check us in. The staff was friendly though. They charge 85$/night for additional persons which seems steep to me. We did not use the breakfast service nor would we have spent $170 on breakfast. There is no pool at this location… I think guests should have access to the sister properties amenities, similar to other places we’ve stayed in other...

"Hotel on the side of a road. Not much in the immediate area, but easy access to mountains and cute towns. Came across Oetz whilst there...An Austrain band was playing in the street and we had the most delicious dinner there. OK hotel and reasonable price...but Oetz has so much more character. No aircon or fan...had to sleep with a wet towel to cook down."

"This hotel is a bit on the dated side. While the price was very reasonable and the staff was very helpful, it did feel a bit run down and tired. If you are a budget conscious traveler then likely this will fit the bill as it is safe and quite reasonably priced for the area. To be fair we were there in the shoulder season and maybe everything gets tidied up for the ski season. As for the area Igls is a nice quiet area that is close to Innsbruck, I highly recommend visiting Innsbruck and Igls as...
