"Management doesn’t have their act together, but the setting is fabulous. First, the contact point did not know they were booking through Expedia and told us we didn’t have a reservation. Then, they sent us a location link that was 30 minutes from the property. When they finally found our reservation, the place wasn’t ready. We had to call for towels and used our own soap and other toiletries. We had a beautiful kitchen, but no cups or plates, and no way to make tea or coffee. The burners...

"The hotel is falsely advertised, the view outside was of a wall, the bed was stiff, limited hot water, there was no mini bar as advertised, the curtains didn’t little to block out the light, little toilet paper, the aircon droned on humming the whole time, the walls are thin so you can hear other peoples conversations, showers, phones ringing and people walking up and down stairs. The garden part of the hotel was only for three cottages, the rest concrete. Very expensive compared to other places...
