"Ascott was very nice with great customer service. Disappointed in cooking utensils, water heater for coffee didnt work, sink and shower and bathroom had issues draining, shower did not get very hot but sinks did, old tv's without access to netflix, etc. Rest of experience was great, comfortable rooms, and great house keeping service."

"The owner whose name escapes me now, sorry, was an excellent communicator and answered all our questions and accommodated us. She even came to meet us in her very busy day. Her apartment is excellent and has everything you need for a short or long stay. It is well located near stores, food and cafes. It is very clean and comfortable.You could not find a better place to stay. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night before our flight home. We wish we could have stayed longer. Its only about 20...
