Had to book late dinner times for all as people were booking weeks in advance on line. 2 dinners we waited over an hour then walked out as we still hasnt been served a meal. The many buffetts and amount of bars around the property, made it very easy and accessible at all times."

"It’s clear that they have just opened and not crossed all their T’s but it was a good stay. 1.Walk with a water shoes as the sand is kinda rocky for me 2. Lot of dinner options and the food was good 3. Nice buffet options 4. The property is huge so you might have some walking to do to get to places depending on where your room is. "We had an amazing stay at the Jewel Grande. The staff were all amazing however id like to mention a couple that stood out. Upon arrival Vernon immediately made us feel welcome and assured us that we were " The Jewel of the Grande"... Gary was our favorite bar tender in the Lobby Bar always treating us like family. Shanna's huge heart and smile were both so welcoming. Entertainment work so hard and did amazing. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Nice resort ,we stayed for a week with my cousin and enjoyed it . Check in easy and fast ,check out too ,cleaning lady does amazing job every day .Food is not bad ,for a la cart restaurant you need to make a reservation online and it’s ok ,we made it on our first day in resort for the whole week in advance . They have quite zone and party zone . "
