He went extra mile to offer to hail uber for us when we were in a time crunch and sent complementary wine to our room because we were there for a 50tj birthday celebrations. "The hotel is clean and welcoming, and the staff is delightful. Check in was quick but not rushed and the welcome gift was a nice surprise. (A beach bag and two refillable water bottles). We had a partial ocean view, and it was fantastic. We sat on the balcony and watched the whales breach and play. The beds were very comfortable, and included a plethora of pillows, much to my delight. My only complaints are that the grounds are never quiet, because of the open air restaurant in the middle of the buildings, and the balcony chairs could have been more comfortable."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a very nice room in the Kai Tower. The building is new and well set up. Great shower, large bathroom. Bed was comfortable. View was great. Staff was helpful. There were 2 pools (1 salt water), 2 hot tubs and a kid’s pool. There was a pool bar that had a nice happy hour. The beach is right across the road. Location is great. In the middle of Kihei near restaurants and convenient to everything in Maui. "

"Hotel provides shampoo, skin lotion, shower gel and coffee and tea supplies. It is right beside thr Ala Moana shopping center and Pink Trolley stop. If you have a late flight, you can check your luggage and for $6 you can ride the trolley all day around Waikiki Beach area. The city bus stop to Wakiki is across Ala Moana Blvd. and is abou out 3 blocks away. It is easy to walk to Waikiki Beach area also."
