"I spoked with multiple people on your team to try and get a refund. We stayed one night and then left. The neighbor had open buckets of chemicals and was smoke right outside on the shared lawn. He was even smoking while my kids were outside playing directly next to them. "Great location, very close to Waikīkī beach. Everything was great except for the disappointing experience upon checking in. After a 6 hour flight, we didn’t feel an aloha welcome by whoever checked us in. On top of that, our request to be moved to a room with a better view was denied. This is a training issue with a single employee; everyone else were friendly. Room and amenities were great though. The complimentary Hawaiian coffee was always fresh which I loved. I’d recommend this hotel. "
