Man könnte ab 3 Nächten Skitickets für 47 CHF pro Tag kaufen. Aber nur wenn man für alle Tage einen Skipass nimmt. Freundlicher Staff....

I understand this isn't the hotels fault but the children in the hotel are absolutely unbearable. I slept incredibly poorly the entire time. At least the staff was friendly and helpful at the reception, although fairly inattentive with dining (the one time I was able to enjoy a meal)"

"Had to switch rooms, the room that was booked was not adequate but with an upgrade fee, we were able to stay in a much better room with an amazing view. Seems as if they don't want to mention the upgrade fee at first but will tell you that this room is what we have but with some prompting, found that an upgrade was needed to get a much better room. "It’s an old building with lots of charm, however as it was relatively the most expensive stay on our trip, I was very disappointed with the facilities. The tea and coffee in the room was non existent. I asked for milk and was refused it as they said they didn’t supply it. We had one tea bag earl great and one tea bag vanilla. No coffee at all. 2 sugars. We should really be refunded partially as we paid for this service but was not given it. The bathroom is nice but no where to hand the towels,...

"Seehof could have been a nice hotel. However too much is missing. They didn’t clean the rooms we had booked, the food was terrible and sometimes uneatable, scramble eggs are made from powder, the receptionists ( with one exception- Marina) were unwelcoming and showed no interest in the guests. I would strongly advise against having dinner at the hotel. The food and how it was prepared does not belong at all in a 5 star hotel. "
