"This was a great place. Room was large and clean. Easy to get to and close enough by car to some beautiful beaches. Front desk was helpful regarding

recommendations and restaurants. Right beside supermarket which was helpful. Missing hooks or shelves in bathroom and shower had trouble containing water in one area so felt like entire bathroom floor was wet. But that is the only negative. Would recommend "

Not a lot to do but great bakery next door and great pizza restaurant across the street. You need a car or bike to stay here. We used uber which was reasonable to go to neighbouring towns. Odeceixe is well worth a visit the

"I had a great stay at Hotel Vale da Telha, near the Arrifana

. I got a very nice and clean room, bigger than expected. The hotel is beautifully furnished in arabic style, with kind and service minded staff, great breakfast with delicious fresh fruits. Very clean everywhere. A little noisy sometimes as the walls are thin, but mostly a quiet and beautiful place to rest. "

"Very nice lovely location with a beautiful arranged garden and pool. Rooms are very small and have only limited space for the luggage. Extras for later evening after 7pm have to be organized before. Excellent breakfast and service. Recommended restaurants not as good as described. Sun-umbrellas not movable. Dog shouting during the night. "

"Awesome with large rooms with kitchenettes, and powerful hot showers. Very clean. Desk staff not so friendly & we had to wait on our riom but other staff great. There is a pool but it was raining when we were there, so we did not use. Fantastic breakfast with breads, fruit, oatmeal, eggs, corn flakes, meats, cheese, yogurt, & coffee or tea. You certainly did not leave hungry. Great location next to a hige supermarket and a short walk to many restaurants. "
