"Friendly staff although half way through check in went and dealt with others. Tea/coffee making facilities but no tea/coffee (very odd), just a shower gel and soap bar in the bathroom, no shampoo/conditioner. There was water in the fridge though and our beds were made each day. Offered a deal on car hire but when we went back it's like we made it up. "Anna from Mersina was so on top of it from the get go. Everything was ready for us when we arrived by the 7:25 am ferry, even though we were early. She gave us loads of helpful tips, which made our experience on the island way better than it would have been if she hadn't shared her knowledge of the island with us. There is a bakery right across from the street with amazing coffee and treats, another one close to the apartments with extremely accommodating staff and a supermarket nearby as well. "

"This hotel was a real unexpected surprise for us: it was sensational. The pool area and restaurant was stunning. It was a lite out of town but provided a free shuttle anytime we wanted: both ways. The hotel even provided a shuttle after we had booked out and let us take a towel to the beach for the afternoon. (Room 103!)"

"The hotel is quite large and the area very convenient to both shop and services and a beach. The room we had was large and had everything we needed. Staff at the front desk gave us different answers to similar questions so it was a bit confusing (eg using the phone). The pool is very nice but it would be nice if it opened before 11am. Breakfast was very good."
