"Floor next to de A/C soak wet, the humidity smell was horrible, I reserved for four guests and had just 2 towels and a tiny soap. Breakfast was supposed to be included, the worst thing ever, just one choice of cereal, pancake/waffle machine out of service, and no coffee. It was just for one night and a few hours sleep, it’s not even worth for it.-100 stars."

"The hotel was very nice and we enjoyed it. The only thing at all wrong was that you, at Hotels.com, didn’t give them all of our information that we sent online, namely that he had our dog with us. It was fine, we paid the minor fee when they noticed, but I didn’t want to seem like I was trying to slip something past them. Be more careful with transmitting my info! "
