Unfortunately the manners and overall attitud of the reception staff at a recent check in and check out... very noon welcoming language, rude and obnoxious behaviour. Our suggestion... lots and lots of training!!!"

"I’m really surprised that this is a 4 stars hotel, it needs a lot of improvement, also the stuff needs a training. I waited 2 hours to do the check in, the first room was depressing I asked to change it, after a long negotiation they gave me another one, I went to their restaurant on the beach to have a drink and chill while they prepared the room, the service there was even worse, I waited 30 minutes for just a lemon juice and it was so bad, then I asked for an orange juice, when I complained...

"Amazing property, high level of cleanliness, a variety of choices for continental breakfast. Staff are very friendly and parking warden really nice guy. Everyone really polite and very helpful. Grand studio was very clean. Everything is new and well looked after"
