The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice. Airport shuttle service was very nice and the driver very professional. The location is somewhat far from city attractions which wouldn't be an issue if not for lack of transportation. There are taxis though, so it's not impossible to venture into the city for exploration. Overall, the hotel is very good and staff are excellent!

My room was modern, impeccably clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a long journey. I also appreciated the free shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, which made my arrival and departure completely hassle free. The delightful breakfast the next morning set a positive tone for the day and added to the overall experience. Although I only stayed one night, I felt truly cared for and left with a lasting sense of hospitality.

Very good customer service with the whole staff. Clean, complementary breakfast is excellent. This hotel is better than a lot of American’s one. I will just suggest to publish their WhatsApp number so they be joined at the airport or a sign on their vehicles. I will definitely stay again

Amazing staff! Very friendly and professional.. they offered a free shuttle to and from the airport for free. I arrived very late to the hotel due to a delay flight and the person at the reception offered me some food ( as i could not buy anything at that time)
