I had a stomach pain, and they remembered coming to check on me, and sending me gingers(I requested) etc. Also love their breakfast buffet, lots of good options! The location's great too, it's not in the old town, so not that noisy. Only takes 20 mins to get to the main plaza, safe & walkable. "

"We were late coming in after we had toured the Machu Piccho mountain. When myself and my 2 longtime friends checked in, Bruno was most gracious. They even had the special tea available to get acclimated to the high altitude which was a nice touch. The rooms are very clean and accommodating. My room had a jacuzzi and the bed is comfortable. I haven’t had breakfast yet but I’m sure if everything else checks out, it will be fine. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"We stayed here for a few nights before leaving Peru. Its location is great, especially for what we were doing. The host Alex was wonderful and very accommodating. He provided us breakfast in our room the first morning and a breakfast to go the second morning. However this hotel needs some work. We had a room that didn’t have any windows facing outside, coupled with it being a very tight space was kind of claustrophobic. The shower door needs a new gasket so it sprayed water all over the floor....
