"The staff is very nice and attentive. The breakfast offering was good, as well. Our room was nice and very clean. This hotel’s location is close to a lot on venues: shopping, restaurants/bars, coffee shops, historic sites. It’s also a very walkable location to all."

"Incredible staff! Each person on staff was friendly, helpful and wonderful. Very clean and lovely room. Great view. The area right outside our room was full of tourists and street musicians, so very active with music and people noise during the day, but after 9 or 10PM, it was very quiet. Wonderful breakfast. "

"Our suit bedroom facing rear courtyard was quite and with window shutters closed it was very pleasant to stay in. Our bedroom mattresses was bit sunk in the middle but it wasn't terrible. The hotel was in cantral location and having supermarket within the block was plus. Our suite 1A had soaring ceilings heigh and plenty of natural light pouring through window was fantastic. The hotel concierge was helpful and nice."

"The best thing about this property is its location. Rua de Flores is a no-car street with restaurants and shops an easy walk to the train station and down to the waterfront. My studio was spartan. Furnished by Ikea. Nice but there was no comfortable chair to relax on. A small table with two plastic chairs and the bed. I had a balcony that overlooked the back side of other buildings with a chair and small table. The fake ivy on the wall separating my balcony from the one next door was falling...

"This apartment suited our needs and met our expectations. Only issue we experienced was checking in with the code that was somewhat complicated. The initial code did not work. Communication with the property via WhatsApp messaging and phone was excellent and we did get another code BUT when we got to our room it had not been serviced from guests prior. "The side street this hotel was located on was a bit sketchy, but very close to the main road. Staff and the quality of the hotel was great- definitely geared toward an under 45 crowd.
