"Three days is too short! Clean and tidy facilities, however my room smelt damp and even with aircon on this could not be rectified. Highly recommend the Island Day Spa for a massage, the 4WD “Beauty Spots” tour, drinks and cheese / prawn platter down at the Sunset Bar and Dune Restaurant was delicious. Fine for a budget, run-of-the-mill family hotel, but really needs some updating. There are no lifts to access anything above ground floor. "The older gentleman that showed us to our room was very nice & polite, although could not get fan to work.. Waa close to the function we were attending.. Only downside to our stay was the cranky lady cleaning the pool demanding that the outside light get switched off, even after I explained that the gentleman had switched it on & told us to leave it on as we were leaving for our function in daylight, he didn’t want us forgetting to switch it on for our return. .. "Overall the place was good, had my own carport space to park under which is great. Apartment was a decent size. Only thing I’ll fault is the cleaning. My toilet wasn’t cleaned. The was 💩 on the side and it needed a good scrub. I had to go out and get something from Woolies to clean it. When you’ve done a long drive the last thing you want to do is clean the toilet in your room you’re paying good money to stay in… "
