Hotel is fantastic. It's a fair walk to Alcudia Port and Old Town from here. Immediate area is very resort driven. Beach lovely just not to my taste

Bella struttura, nuova e pulita, personale efficiente e preparato. Bella e tranquilla anche la piscina. Hotel riservato ad un pubblico adulto over 30 e di coppie. Grazie a Dio totalmente privo di marmocchi urlanti e animazioni grottesche. Buona anche la cucina a buffet, con discreta varietà. Tranquillo e silenzioso anche il vicinato, ottima sistemazione per una vacanza di relax. Spiaggia vicinissima, 100mt. Tanti negozi e market nei dintorni, rarissimi i risto decenti. Un agradecimiento especial a Roberto en la recepcion por la sombrilla de playa.

L‘accoglienza di Tania al check-in è stata eccezionale. Ci ha assistito durante tutto il soggiorno ed è stata sempre pronta a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande col sorriso. La colazione e la cena erano molto buone e il personale di sala era molto attento, in particolare Manu e Santi. Vogliamo ringraziare anche Maria del HSK che ogni giorno ci ha fatto trovare una camera impeccabile al nostro rientro dal mare. L’unica pecca per noi è stato l’orario di chiusura del ristorante alle ore 21:00 (non del buffet) secondo me andrebbe posticipato alle 22:00.

Das Hotel ist in zweiter Reihe sehr gut und angenehm ruhig gelegen. Zum Strand sind es nur gut 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die nur zweistöckige Bauweise der Anlage ist absolut gelungen. Ein sehr schöner Pool und die gesamte Größe des Hotels macht auch die Menschenmenge bei schönem Wetter überschaubar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Sauberkeit ist absolut top! Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Schade ist, dass häufig auch Dosenobst in Schüsseln angeboten wurde. Gerade auf Mallorca würde ich persönlich eine Auswahl an frischem Obst erwarten. Der große Wertmutstropfen war leider das Abendessen. Die Suppen hatten mit Suppen wenig zu tun, eher mit Kompott. Würzen, Fehlanzeige. Und das Einzige, was man bei Pasta falsch machen kann wurde 1a umgesetzt, d.h. sie waren verkocht und salzfrei. Wir haben uns wirklich gefragt, ob irgendwer aus der Küche die Dinge, die dem Gast angeboten werden, auch mal selbst probiert. Nach 3 Tagen war´s dann genug und wir sind auswärts essen gegangen. Sehr löblich muss ich allerdings erwähnen, dass unsere Kritik an der Rezeption sehr ernst genommen wurde und man alles versucht hat uns dennoch glücklich zu stimmen - was mit Essen leider nicht möglich war. Dennoch einen großen Dank an Tania! Weiter so!
