"Já fui em outros hotéis da rede Iberostar , mas o Ciudad Blanca me surpreendeu. O cuidado com o hóspede já começa na recepção onde fui muito bem atendida e ganhei uma taça de champanhe e bombons . Todos os funcionários do hotel , sem exceção, são simpáticos e solicitos. O café da manhã superou minhas expectativas. Tudo muito gostoso e com muita variada . A cama era muito confortável . "Comfy beds, nice balconies, very quick walk to the beach. All of the staff, but esp housekeeping staff, were kind and friendly. I didn’t realize it’s street parking only. We were able to find a spot relatively close even though it was in August. Very hot and stuffy in the gym so just worked out on the balcony with my resistance bands. "
