"Excellent hotel. The room was modern and clean with a beautiful view of the Marina. Staff were pleasant and helpful at all times of my stay. The only problem was the restaurant was very understaffed. Just two waiters for a very busy restaurant, however staff continued to work excellently and were still polite and patient. Overall, a really nice stay in a picturesque location."

"I was in Albany for a conference. I have stayed here 4 or 5 times now and find the rooms comfortable and a good size. All staff I spoke to were welcoming and helpful. I decided I would like to dine in the restaurant this time rather than have room service like I usually do. There were no spare tables when I was checking in but was told there would be soon. "Se had 2 nights in early October in an upstairs apartment overlooking the rail line. While we were initially concerned abiut the potential for disturbed sleep, this didn't happen and we enjoyed a lovely stay while we toured around Albany during the daytime. It was also close to several good eateries for meals, but also was well equipped for us to be self catering when needed. Thumbs up thanks."
