"My stay was great !! Felt safe and welcomed upon arrival !! Staff member Danny has a very pleasant attitude and friendly as he was treating all guests. The place is simple, nothing too fancy but still very convenient!! Locating was awesome to the west part of beautiful Monterrey !! The mattress was nice and comfortable!! Ribeye was delicious and breakfast was good and included Not sure about the neighborhood as reception was behind a sealed glass and there is a pass-thru box in each room for food delivery, giving yhe impression that area is not safe Good for a place to sleep after long day on road, well appointed with good covered parking (max height). No windows in rooms so felt a little caged in. Well priced. "
