"Exceptional service during our stay which was very quiet during the week. Immaculate soft sandy beach with calm crystal clear waters. The large pool with swim up bar and pool toys was a big hit with my 4 year old daughter. Our traditionally styled 1 bed villa with private pool was huge and although some aspects were a little tired, the fact it opened up onto the beach was a huge plus. "I used to live at Arc towers and it was so good to be back and stay in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Regarding communication they didn’t reach out to me till the day before my stay. This should change really as that was the day I was traveling (by plane from London Heathrow) and of course I could not be contacted, so a bit worried if everything was ok. Bilal was excellent, very helpful but had not given me an access card which I needed to get to the communal area where the swimming pool was. Again...

"I didn’t receive email with apartment # & access code, which created issue since there is no reception. The security people were very helpful & guided me & they managed to connect me to Silkhaus manager. After that there was an issue with opening the door lock which took 30 mins to figure out. "
