"My most horrible experience in Al Khobar. Don’t understand how you give 8+ rating to this property where 1. No Internet facility and the IT guy says he can’t do anything about it. 2. After checking in the room, you don’t find a single Towel. When you ask they just bring one towel, no hand towel. No hangers to hang your blazer. 3. Worst Housekeeping staff I have ever seen, very arrogant and indisciplined 4. No Room service Menu, no bar code in the room to even ask for anything. Room service...

Holiday Inn & Suites Al Khobar, an IHG Hotel

"New and very high end facility. Loved to stay with our two kids. Room was wide enough and staff also helped for an additional bed. Location is close to the city center however surrounding area does not match with the quality of the hotel. But it doesn't impact your stay in any way.. Highly recommend."
