"The hotel is close to the Airport however, they do not offer transportation nor will arrange it for you. I used UBER which was tricky to find a good pickup area for Terminal Two. I recommend Gate 5 as Gate 7 is so crowded. It cost about $3 to use UBER to get to the Hotel. I was advised not to use Taxis as they rip you off. "

"The hosts were amazing and friendly. Language was a bit of a barrier but the staff had good grasp of English to have engaging conversations. They were also very accomodating to our needs as well. The rooftop view of the Pyramids is one of the highlights. And the Pyramids are a walking distance too from the lodge if you are into that kind of thing. Otherwise you can get one of the horse drawn carriages Pharaoh style to get there. All in all, solid 5 stars"

"Its scams. Just dirty apartment in narrow unsafe street.. no sign shows its hotel..I didn't stay there when I seen this scary place. Expedia should investigate this scam place and reporting the ministry for scamming people. I'm waiting for my full refund. Location and pictures is fake when you book. Be careful everyone "

"We never received check in instructions prior to trip. Family of 4 with suitcases could not reach owner. Had to find a different place to sleep. Owner was reached next day and we got our second night. Owner promised to refund 1st night. Did not. And lied to hotels.com about it. The one night we stayed, sofa bed uncomfortable, no bedsheets or pillows. Dirty laundry left on washing machine. No shower curtain."

"This hotel was great. It is right by the river nile. I was able to see the Pyramids from my hotel room and get a view of the Nile river. In the morning you could see the sail boats. It was fascinating. The staff were excellent, v. friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Asmaa. The restaurants are great. The breakfast was awesome. "We had a wonderful stay! Our room and the balcony both had amazing views of the Pyramids. Breakfast was delicious and meals are available for lunch and dinner. The hotel staff is warm, welcoming and goes out of their way to ensure guests have a memorable stay. We highly recommend and hope to return! "

"This Hotel has it all. Gym , Spa, few restaurants with great food, excellent staff and even small casino. It’s not cheap to dine inn the hotel as the prices were close to Londons restaurants but food was almost worth a Michelin star:) Hotel also provides a list of private tours with a tour guide and car and driver included. Overall it’s amazing if you have enough money saved for your stay. We had breakfast included and everything was fresh and lots to choose from every day. Chefs would cook eggs , omelettes and pancakes on the spot. Juce was freshly squeezed and there were like 5 different cakes to try. Room was cleaned daily and bed changed on request. I would highly recommend this hotel as it was not far from main attractions and only 45 min from airport (depending on the Traffic) "

"All the staff were incredible particularly Habiba, Front Desk Manager,who gets a Gold Star for Service, Mosehli, Manager, and Khamis who handled our bags and showed us the property upon arrival and was very helpful at our departure. Saner and Nancy in the evening Front Desk were very helpful. Helal from Housekeeping as well as Mohammad. Ibrahim and Ms. Amal from Breakfast were also very helpful. We had an incredible stay at an incredible historic hotel. "
