Bordered by a cobbled seaside walkway, Al-Hafayer Beach is one of the main strands in Aqaba. This busy and dynamic beach features a variety of restaurants and stalls, giving off a lively atmosphere that will help you appreciate the local ambiance. Rest with a book in the shade of a thatched hut or palm tree and watch people go by.
Go for a swim with your family in the warm and clear water of the Red Sea. Pedal boats and kayaks are available to rent on the beach. Take a tour of the bay on a glass-bottom boat or rent a sailboat for the afternoon. Blue-green steps line the rear of the beach, providing an ideal spot to sit and enjoy the picturesque scenery.

Al-Hafayer Beach is beside its namesake park in the southwestern corner of Aqaba’s city center. The beach is a short walk south along the coast from the Arab Revolt Flagpole Plaza. While here, stop off at other neighboring attractions such as the Aqaba Museum, Al-Ghandour Beach and Princess Salma Park.
