"Its scams. Just dirty apartment in narrow unsafe street.. no sign shows its hotel..I didn't stay there when I seen this scary place. Expedia should investigate this scam place and reporting the ministry for scamming people. I'm waiting for my full refund. Location and pictures is fake when you book. Be careful everyone "

"We stayed at Golden Tulip as a family, they were welcoming and late check-in was not a problem. The room was clean and tidy but the beds were small for a family. Overall the stay was good, but the only down side is communication: 1st: The website stated that I don't have to pay until I am at the property and that I could cancel till the 30th of December, they called my number at night saying that I have to make a bank transfer in the morning otherwise my booking would be canceled, which is so...

"The Manager, Dr Yassen is friendly. He arranged to receive and drop us at the airport, good. We had hot water for shower- good. There is potential for improvement. Raniya gave a good cleaning but hidden dust behind windows, in mattresses, wardrobes needed regular thorough dusting. A bathroom leaked and a power socket blew off. This self-catering apartment hardly had cutlery, crockery, pan & pots, not even a working electric kettle."
