Outstanding experience at Rotana! The manager, front desk and housekeeping went above and beyond to pay attention to small advance requests and housekeeping was amazing! The rooms are spotless and absolutely gorgeous. Zest offered a delicious buffet dinner and breakfast as always. The hotel is well positioned in the city, great staff and service and has good breakfast and dinner options. The pool was great for the kids although it got busy over the weekend. Apart from the pool there wasnt much else for the kids to do.

Perfect Hotel For Families
We had a great time at Al Ain Rotana. We got upgraded to a suite, which was a blessing considering we were travelling with kids. The staff was also super friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. I'm terms of facilities, the hotel seems to have been renovated recently, it features a really large pool and a playground so for those travelling with kids it's a great choice.
