"When we ran the HVAC, the room smelled of tobacco. The air filter likely needs to be changed. The mattress was crooked, making it uncomfortable and unergonomic. The shower drains were clogged. Other than that, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was excellent."

"The hotel is well positioned for local restaurants and shopping, but if you plan to arrive by car it can be difficult if you don’t know the area. There is a small otopark (TL200pd)within sight of the hotel but this is on the other side of a rain water channel. What made our 4 day stay especially great was the owner/manager who couldn’t do enough for us ( organising taxis to explore the local wineries. Best ones in our opinion are USAC, Statera, Hus, and Cakir). "

"Very lovely and cozy place. Beautiful view from the room that also has a nice terrace. Great staff and owner, everybody happy to help you and super kind. Perfect location with restaurants and beach nearby. Great breakfast and delicious drinks. We loved the place and definitely advice you come here for your stay :)"

"It’s a motel not a hotel in the middle of old Urla run by a retired couple. Very authentic area and plenty of cafe shops around. If you are not comfortable to drive in very tight alleyways, this is not the place for u. Parking is hard specially at night but there is a paid parking lot near by for $8 a night. New and clean motel. Rooms are small but do the job. Family of 5 stayed there for 11 nights, in two rooms. Owners are sweet and do their best to accommodate. Yes, I would stay there again...

"Amazing location with beautiful views! Calm and relaxing atmosphere away from the busy city. Swimming pool overlooking the hills. Sinan and his team are all super friendly and provided an excellent service. Delicious, fresh evening meal and breakfast. Would definitely recommend and return to this wonderful place! "

A great base for exploring Izmir.

"Booked by low price, central location and description, so we were very pleasantly impressed by the efficient welcome and check-in on arrival, mid-afternoon, and to find impeccably clean, neat rooms. We enjoyed our cup of tea with the kettle provided, and the minibar offerings were very good (even if not used!) and noted the restaurant offered orders if required. The optional buffet breakfast gave us an excellent choice. However, it was a nice walk to the Kordon and Alsancak dining areas, very close to the tramway, so we enjoyed our 24 hours sight-seeing in Izmir thoroughly. Only slight drawback is it is in a very quiet area at night, being in a busy shops area by day. Of course, parking in Izmir is an issue, but Reception were very helpful directing us to safe paid parking. Giving friends the hotel name!"
