"So far, this is one of my most favorite hotels at a very reasonable price and a very beautiful part of Turkey. The staff were absolutely amazing every single one of them and the breakfast was amazing. The stay was quiet. "The gardens /grounds are beautiful. However if cannot cater for peak season. The food was the same for breakfast every day and lunch was very similar (plus also resembled breakfast with a bit more meat). Dinner was a hybrid of a few new dishes and leftovers from breakfast and lunch. It was pretty bland. "Location of property is right in the old town centre of Alacati. Recently updated rooms in 300 year old building with private dining courtyard. There are only 4 rooms, so very boutique. We were in room 4, the bathroom was petite, but the room was reasonable size with a nice window and lots of charm. Our hosts Omit and Netti made great breakfasts and were very accommodating. "

"We liked the dublex room. It was very spacious. We were there for a sporting event. The hotel allowed us to check-in early, check-out late and provided the breakfast earlier than normal before the start of the event. We are very grateful for these."

"I liked the open plan design of this hotel, nice garden with mature olive trees, fabulous breakfast, tasty but pricey dinner options, very comfortable room and lovely bathroom. Strange choice of large, explicit photographic art in the bedrooms which would probably be better placed in a gallery rather than a hotel bedroom!"

"Absolutely loved the Hot thermal waters. That is why I booked this hotel. They have 9 pools with temperatures ranging from 34 to 38 degrees Celsius. There is one big pool outside with fairly warm water and 8 pools indoors. Pools are open from 07:00 to 19:00 hours daily. Only thing was not happy with was the early closing for the pools. They could at least till 21:00 hours as I usually want to immerse myself before bed after a day of sight seeing and shopping! Spent a week there and it is walking distance from the centre. It is also accessible to other neighbouring localities via metro, buses. There is a bus terminus near the entrance to Balcova Termal Hotel. Breakfast buffet was sort of ok; Not much variety. Not at the standard of what we are used to at other Turkish hotels. I don’t know about dinner as always are out at different restaurants. Staff were kind and courteous. But the fact that almost all did not speak English affected the level of customer service I think. They moved me to another room when I could not get Wi-Fi in the original room. The hotel may have been a 4* in its former life, but now it does feel like a 3*. Looking a bit dated now. The hotel surroundings are great. It’s like in a forest with the mountain backdrop. Crickets chirping in the trees all the time. However, there can be a lot of noise (loud music) from the neighbouring Kaya Thermal Hotel when there is an event. For those lovers of shopping like me, there are lots of malls around! I enjoyed my"
