"I like the hotel. Very clean and cosy. Their workers were all friendly, polite and nice. Very satisfied. Only thing I would ask for would be the lotion. I wish they had little lotion packs included in their aminity. Weather is dry now, so I went out to get mine, but if they had in the bathroom, that would have been nice. 😊"

We are 70 but got allocated a room at the furthest end of a very long corridor far away from the only lift maybe as weren't members of Toyoko Hotel chain (maybe more thought from staff re that but could just be the auto computer allocation?) Breakfast was included but when we went down it was so packed with people there were not enough seats too small a dining room so skipped it & bought sandwiches at 7-11.
